An image rollover object has two components. A rectangular mouse detection area and an image object called a tooltips image. The mouse detection area is used to detect a mouse movement. If detected, the tooltips object will show.

Double click on the tooltips image object. Note that this tooltips will not be visible in Timeline.

To play/not play a sound when the mouse is over the detection area
